We provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions for marketing the flexibility of your Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). With our one-stop-shop approach, we support you every step of the way -from the initial consultation and planning of the most effective technical and economic implementation options, to the procurement of battery storage systems, seamless technical market connections, efficient battery storage management, and the maximization of your system's flexibility for optimal monetization.
We have secured two well-established and renowned Austrian manufacturers of BESS as partners through an international tender process, which was carried out in collaboration with the EVN Group. As a result, we ensure the highest quality standards and guarantee an efficient, reliable, and seamless execution throughout the entire value chain.
In addition to our value-adding consulting services, we continuously create new revenue streams for our clients by strategically marketing the flexibility of their BESS across all available electricity markets, thereby consistently increasing the profitability of their systems. In addition to energy markets, stand-alone or hybrid battery storage systems can be monetized on all ancillary services markets for grid stability, including free bids.

BESS systems variants
We support you with your battery storage project, regardless of whether it is smaller or larger than 1 MW. If a low voltage connection is available, systems under 1 MW are suitable for your location. In special cases, larger variants can also be connected to the low voltage grid. These systems can be used to optimize usage of renewable energy generation, serve energy markets, and provide ancillary services (secondary and tertiary control). 1st-life liquid-cooled LFP battery racks and 2nd-life batteries are available. For systems larger than 1 MW, a connection at the medium voltage level is recommended. Various standard system configurations can be implemented in 2 to 3 containers. This setup enables the optimization of renewable energy utilization, participation in energy markets, and the provision of control reserve power (primary, secondary, and tertiary control).
All essential operational data of the battery storage system, such as state of charge (SOC), cell temperatures, and cell voltage, are monitored and controlled by a Battery Management System (BMS). The entire system is connected to CyberGrid's remote terminal unit CyberConnect to enable the marketing of flexibility on both balancing services and wholesale energy markets.

Step-by-step guide
When you contact us, we begin with a complimentary initial consultation. During this stage, you will complete a checklist, and we will introduce you to potential battery suppliers. After evaluating whether flexibility marketing is a viable option for your case, we move forward to select a BESS, which may be either smaller or larger than 1 MW. At this point, we will finalize the choice of a storage supplier.
You also have the option to request consulting services on revenue potential and receive a preliminary planning from the battery supplier. If the project is deemed technically and economically feasible, we will proceed with the following steps: order placement, construction and commissioning, market integration, and flexibility marketing. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication and provide regular updates, including monthly performance reports and feedback to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
